This is a test.

ou workout to burn calories but those are a LIE!! Stop, Stop, Stop working out thinking your burning a million calories and then adding those calories in your tracker so you can eat more. ⁣

You track for a couple days and then stop for a couple, you start tracking again and then stop a couple.. You need to be consistent. Track consistently for 30 days straight and see what happens! I dare you! ⁣

You track all week only to stop on Friday. You order a large pizza and drink a 12 pack of Corona 😅. You wake up Saturday hungover and you want to eat the house down. You eat 6 donuts a greasy cheeseburger, French Fry’s and another 12 pack. ⁣

You will be back at it on Monday you say.. Little do you know that weekend set you back into maintenance or a calorie surplus.. ⁣

It’s all up to you. You have the choice to make a change. You just have to do the work. There is no magic pill. ⁣

Take a hard look at what you are doing. Get real with yourself. It’s ok. You will get there. It just takes a little honesty with yourself before you figure it out. ⁣
