These are pictures from January 1st to my anniversary trip (mid-June). Only 10lbs on the scale, but I've lost so many inches (I really need to re-measure). In fact, this after pic probably has me bloated AF from all the yummy foods... I think this is day 3 on our vacation. I FEEL so much better. I enjoyed food, ate within reason adding protein to every snack/meal, and stayed active by choice during vacation and not because I felt like I had to punish myself! It was amazing and I'm excited to see what the next 6 months holds for me!

I've been quiet during group coaching, but it's held me accountable. I still track my food, and am starting to intuitively eat which was MY GOAL! Although I know tracking keeps it real ;) I used every excuse in the book with my PCOS but when it got down to the root of it, including staying consistent and not giving up, results followed. BETH IS THE BEST!

I choose to work with Beth because she is knowledgeable, real and honest. She cares about her clients, she wants what is best for the client and she has experience with setting goals, making changes and getting results. I love working with Beth because she is honest. Beth is humble and works hard which is motivating and inspiring for me to experience. I’ve learned that consistency is key and we can all do hard things. Yes it takes time, yes some days are hard, but it is worth it when you are consistent and meet the goals you have set for yourself. Beth actually cares about her clients. She is not just trying to make a name for herself. She is not an influencer out to make money. She really cares about all people and she wants what is best for everyone.

From working with Beth, I can honestly say that I truly believe I can do anything. As long as I set my goal and I am consistent, I know I can achieve whatever it is that my goal might be with enough time allowed. With Beth I have gained strength, lost body fat and changed my body. I have learned how to eat food that I enjoy while also tracking them and not let it deviate me from reaching my goals. I would recommend anyone to work with Beth as long as the person is willing to listen and modify their behaviors that might be prohibiting them from reaching their goals on their own. If you are not willing to change and do the work, she is not going to just pat you on the back and keep telling you good job. She wants to help you do the work and reach your goals.

I loved everything about my journey and time working so closely with Beth. If I had to rank these things in order of importance, the top three things are: her no bs approach to diet culture, her simple (not easy) formula, and her unwavering desire to be of service to people. She has selflessly shared her wisdom and herself with all of the world fearlessly and fiercely. It’s been inspiring to watch her not only share her knowledge, but also combat the bullshit toxic diet culture and misinformation that is plaguing the Internet. Not many people know this, but I have struggled with eating disorders my whole life. Whether it was being severely anorexic in my early 20s where I was below 100 pounds, or severely binge eating at 27 and over 200 pounds when my son came home from Guatemala, and all the places in between the spectrum.

My idea of dieting was calorie restriction which was in all reality severe  borderline starvation. I also would penalize myself for eating certain food groups, for eating at certain times throughout the day. I would go through periods of restriction and binging.  The scale and I were enemies, and that damn piece of equipment would define my self-worth.  Beth cut right through my bullshit, she took the blinders off and helped me reshape my perspective. She worked to educate me on the scale and how it’s only a fraction of data needed, not the whole shebang. She helped me uncover and re-discover my relationship with myself, my body and food. Beth is top notch. She stands out above the rest because she is real, compassionate and full of heart. You can truly feel that she is there with you and for you. She’s not only a coach but she is a cheerleader and it always feels like you’re connecting with an old friend. Her understanding and compassion is just as incredible as her wittiness and sassiness.

I have went from an insanely unhealthy relationship with myself, food, the scale and health in general to connecting in a healthy way to my body, mind and soul and how they all interact with one another. I not only lost numerous inches in 10 pounds, I gained self-worth, self love and acceptance, and a whole Lotta health and wellness. I originally reached out to Beth because I wanted to feel better in my own skin and feel healthier in my own body. But what I got was so much more than that.

I would 100% without a doubt unequivocally recommend Beth to others! I tell people about Beth at least a few times a day. My entire family knows her by name and we all use her knowledge, wisdom and guidelines. I hear her in my head every time that old narrative comes through and tries to convince me that I am not losing enough weight or I am not good enough or I am not healthy.

“Beth taught me so much about food. I thought I was already an expert on it”
