Hey! I’m Brandy, but most people know me as Coach B. I am a certified nutrition and fitness coach, a personal trainer, and, above all, a mother of two incredible girls. I’m from Canada!
I am here to make you one promise: I will help you FIGURE YOUR SHIT OUT.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have coached numerous women in navigating their journeys and I’d like to share why I love coaching women. I’ve been through my own struggles with body image and my relationship with food, so the way I coach comes from lived experience—not just theory. I’m not here to give surface-level advice. I’m here to be real, honest, and cut through all the BS that exists in the fitness and nutrition industry.
I want to empower women with the truth, help them build self-trust, and show them that real, lasting change doesn’t come from restriction or chasing perfection—but from consistency, patience, growth and the willingness to get fucking curious.
I’m passionate about helping women unlearn the beliefs the diet industry has ingrained in them—the ones that keep them stuck, feeling like they’re never enough. Instead, I want them to get curious, ask more questions, get fucking stronger, build real confidence, and a mindset that actually supports their future self!
Watching a woman start to believe in herself, get stronger, take ownership, and shift how she thinks—that’s everything to me. It’s why I do this.
Currently, I am focused on achieving balance between my personal life and my passion. I proudly refer to myself as the "queen of maintenance." By working on my relationship with food and my body, I have found a positive place in both nutrition and training, maintaining my physique and mindset for over 10 years!
I have experienced extreme dieting firsthand and have also coached individuals through that facet of dieting in my previous role as a bodybuilding coach. I understand the dedication needed to help clients achieve a shredded physique, as well as the sacrifices involved in attaining leanness. My training expertise is in building muscle and strength, along with the essential elements of metabolism, mindset, and nutrition required for success in this area.
As the CEO of my household, I know the struggle of balancing a fitness routine with family life. Keeping everything organized and managing feeling overwhelmed can be exhausting. That's why I prioritize self-care and make time to recharge. You can usually find me at the gym, focusing on weights and dabbling in cardio (even though it's a love-hate relationship!). Fueling my body with nutrient density - is also key—it allows me to be the best wife, mom, friend, and coach I can be.
My approach for you is simple. Everything in moderation. It’s always more than macros. Reflect, get curious, lets see where you’ve been and get ya to where you want to be and MAINTAIN it!

I believe in evidence based training and nutrition, challenging extreme training protocols and nutrition advice. I strive to change your mind and approach to your training and nutrition by providing evidence based training and nutrition programming. At the end of the day, I help women break out of the cycles they’ve been stuck in, unlearn what’s been holding them back, and build habits and behaviors they can carry with them for life.
Basically I help them figure their shit out!
