I was completely alone.

With my newborn here and my husband recovering from a stroke, I was left to take care of the household on my own.

Fast forward several years, I found myself with a drinking problem caused by the stress and an extra 50 lbs along with it. I hated looking in the mirror. I wasn’t myself, inside or out, and I knew something needed to change.

I tried making changes.

I tried keto, intermittent fasting, the HCG diet, juicing, and the lemonade diet just to name a few.

I never stuck to any of them

I was aimlessly stopping and starting, not making any progress and my drinking was getting out of control.

And finally, the last straw was me driving home from a cookout after drinking almost a bottle of wine with my step daughter and son in the car.

No-one was hurt but I knew if I did not do something I would end up hurting myself or other people if I continued doing what i was doing.

I checked in for my first AA meeting, and went every day for a year. It was the hardest thing I ever did.

From there I started running and then ultimately joined a gym. The same gym I would start my coaching career little did I know.

It was not until I started learning from people that knew more than me (hiring a coach) and getting Certified in Nutrition that I started to lose fat!

Come to find out I was just eating too many calories. It took me a good year to lose about 30 pounds. 

It didn’t happen nearly as fast as I would have liked, but little glimmers of hope came one by one.

My team and I know what the struggle is like, because we have all gone through it ourselves.

And if we are being real… we still aren’t perfect. Everyday we are working to better ourselves.

But we want to help you reach your goals and find that peace of mind.

The negative self talk, the beating yourself up, the feeling stuck… those thoughts can no longer live rent free in your mind.

Because they will eat away at you.

That means changing your actions.

1. Can I follow this program if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes, we work with those who are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and more.

2. Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes, this program is 100% customized to your needs, so beginner or advanced, you will get what you need out of this program.

3. Do I need access to a gym for the workouts, or can I do them at home?

We can work with either! We will make recommendations if we think you will need additional equipment, but its not required.

4. How much time do I need to commit to this program each week?

This varies depending upon your goal, but you should expect to commit at least an hour a day on average. 

5. How soon can I expect to see results with this program?

This varies depending on your goal and your starting point, but many see progress within the first week!

6. Can I just focus on nutrition or exercise, not both? 

You and your coach can decide if you need one or both.

7. Can I still enjoy my favorite foods while following this program?

Absolutely. We are all about moderation, not restriction!

8. What happens if I miss a workout or don't follow the nutrition plan for a day?

We get right back on the next day!

9. How do I communicate with my coach and how often can I expect to hear from them?

You can communicate with your coach as often as you’d like, but at minimum once per week. We will reach out to you as well, it’s not one sided. We communicate through our video-walkie talkie app and text.

10. Is this program suitable for people with medical conditions or physical limitations?

Yes, we work with those who have diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, hashimotos, hypo-thyroidism, hyper-thyroidism, and many more. We will need to talk more to know if we can help you individually.

11. What if I need to pause or cancel my coaching plan? Are there any penalties for doing so?

We allow pauses for limited periods of time. You cannot cancel your 1 on 1 coaching agreement. 

12. How is my progress tracked and monitored throughout the program?

We may track progress based on who you perform (strength, endurance, etc), how you feel (mental talk, energy levels, etc), and how you look (weight, bodyfat %, progress pics, measurements). The tools we use will depend on your goal.

13.How do I know if this program is the right fit for me and my goals?
