When my husband proposed in the summer of 2019, I finally decided I was tired of my shit and that it was time to make a change.

I had been yo-yoing and restricting, fad dieting, food hoarding, binging, and drinking in secret since high school, feeling immense guilt every time I ate something “bad,” and I was sick of the shit that kept me in a spiral and unable to reach my goals.

I understand what it’s like to have a head full of diet culture bullshit and I want to help you dismantle it, and build a life that’s more free, more fun, that serves all parts of you as a person and your goals.

I understand what it’s like to be stuck, and like you’ve tried it all, and I want to help you build confidence and prove to yourself that you can achieve great things.

I have a deep passion for human physiology and movement, and I want to help you fall in love with it too. I love the empowerment women find in lifting weights, not to mention the shape and muscle tone they build when they stick with it.

I’m also deeply passionate about food! I love to cook, I love to feed people beautiful food, and I LOVE to help people realize that they can enjoy the food they love while also reaching their goals.

My specialties are fat loss, muscle building, habit building, and helping you find ways to balance the necessary life things and the fun life things!
