Coach Briana

Hello hello! My name is Bri, and I am here to help you get curious!

Curious about the life you’re living now and how you can continue pushing to strive to be better.

I am extremely passionate about helping people question their own thoughts, behaviors and motivations to continue improving in all ways.

I consider myself a life long athlete, mentally and physically, in and out of the gym.

In order to find a balance in nutrition, training and self discipline, you need to push our limits to what we thought was possible.

I grew up as a competitive swimmer and rower, but my discipline and grit went too far and drove me down the road to an eating disorder.

Stepping back and reflecting on my relationship with food and the gym helped me live the life I have now- which includes a healthy mind and strong body.
I used to have extreme ‘food noise,’ guilt over missing days in the gym and had a toxic relationship with the scale.

I can confidently say that I would not be the person and coach I am today without struggling and working through it.

No short cuts. No overnight success. This has been over a decade in the making.

Now that I have seen how far I have come with my relationship with my own health, I will never stop leveling up, in the gym, with my mindset, in my career.
And I want you to feel the same!

Time is going to pass regardless, why not put the work in that you know you will be proud of in 5 years?
