I’m Kristie, a nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and health mindset coach.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people improve their health, build confidence, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Guiding clients through that process is truly one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and a flexible “all foods fit” philosophy. In fact, I’ll let you in on a little secret… Two of my favorite foods are zucchini and Cheez-its!
I believe that every food can have a place in a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle. With the right education, support, accountability, and practical strategies, sustainable progress becomes much more achievable. My goal is to give you the tools, structure, and guidance needed to create results that actually last.
I specialize in fat loss and muscle building, perimenopause and menopause support, improving metabolic health markers such as A1C for those with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, healthy cholesterol improvement, gut health, guidance and education for clients using weight loss medications such as GLP-1-based therapies, and building strong, sustainable habits that fit into real life
As a busy working mom myself, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health while juggling everything else life throws your way. I also know how frustrating and exhausting the endless cycle of yo-yo dieting can feel.
