Hi, I’m Tiffany—and I’m really honored to be part of Team BFF.
I’m excited and humbled to work alongside such fabulous coaches who are changing lives every single day. This space feels like home.
A little about me: My passion for health started over 20 years ago in healthcare. I spent most of my career in high-intensity, fast-paced settings (I was absolutely an adrenaline junkie), and over the years I watched people struggle after diagnoses, major life changes, and weight that just wouldn’t come off. What stood out to me wasn’t a lack of willpower, it was that people were lost. They didn’t know how to eat, how to move, or how to put the pieces together in a way that actually worked for real life.
Somewhere along the way, I realized as I cried in a dressing room that I needed to make changes too. After watching the health of my own Mother and Father rapidly deteriorating and found myself needing to lose weight and change habits, I started looking for answers. I did what so many women do. I took care of everyone else first. I raised my kids, worked crazy hours, and my own health was never a thought. I tried the diets. The rules. The “quick fixes.” Even with a healthcare background and a deep understanding of human biology I felt frustrated, confused, and honestly defeated at times. I had heard so many doctors that didn't even seem to have consistent answers so the fads were the temptation.
Everything changed when I finally decided I was worth prioritizing and got the accountability and guidance I needed. That decision completely reshaped my relationship with food, fitness, and my body. I learned how to listen, respond and benefit from the signals my body was giving me.
Today, I’m in the strongest and healthiest season of my life, especially in midlife. I strength train, I walk daily (my favorite form of movement), and I eat in a way that’s realistic and satisfying. Yes, that includes protein, vegetables… and cookies. No extremes. No perfection. Real life.
I’m a mom to a grown daughter and son who are living their life and finding their way in this world, successfully and a bonus mom to a daughter and son. We have also been blessed with one grandson so far and I am excited that I have the energy to welcome many more!! I’ve been married for the last decade to my best friend who is really the calm to my chaos. I love all things coffee and dogs, being outdoors and getting crafty, and I’m not opposed to a good movie or getting lost in a series… after I walk and work out, of course.
I became a coach because I didn’t want people feeling as lost and frustrated as I once did. If I can figure this out without extremes, without punishment, and without giving up my life, then you absolutely can too. I’m here to help you build strength, confidence, and habits that actually stick.
