What’s important to you?

We make room, change schedules and rearrange our lives for what we find important to us. ⁣

When something is a priority we find a way.. ⁣

Often we are just full of excuses why we can’t ⁣

Excuses are nails that build a house of failure.. ⁣

Stop with the excuses ⁣

I was at the grocery store yesterday and there were carts everywhere.. In parking spots, and randomly in the parking lot.. ⁣

It takes 2 secs to put a cart back.. I have 2 kids and have been putting carts back since they were in car seats and baby carriers.. ⁣

I get there may be extreme circumstances where you can’t put your cart back but 98% of society CAN.. ⁣

If something as simple as putting a cart back is too hard for you then you need to reevaluate.. ⁣

There is a lot of shit I don’t want to do in life but I do it.. ⁣

As we head into a new week and you are struggling to get workouts in, meal prep, log food or even put your cart back ⁣

Ask yourself this⁣

“Do I really want this? Is this a priority? Am I a priority?” ⁣
