Alright so the scale hasn’t moved and your pants still don’t fit.
You swear you are doing EVERYTHING right..

Listen I’ve been there..
I was the same weight for a year until I got REAL with myself.
I wasn’t measuring my food but I was tracking my food.
I ate like an asshole every weekend only to “start over” on Monday every fucking week
I would do endless cardio thinking that would help but it didn’t.
It wasn’t until I got real with myself and actually started doing the fucking work that I began to see results.
Weight loss is simple but not easy.
You hate tracking but tracking works.
You hate getting the scale out to weigh your food but it works.
You workout to burn calories but those are a LIE!! Stop, Stop, Stop working out thinking your burning a million calories and then adding those calories in your tracker so you can eat more.
You track for a couple days and then stop for a couple, you start tracking again and then stop a couple.. You need to be consistent. Track consistently for 30 days straight and see what happens! I dare you!
You track all week only to stop on Friday. You order a large pizza and drink a 12 pack of Corona 😅. You wake up Saturday hungover and you want to eat the house down. You eat 6 donuts a greasy cheeseburger, French Fry’s and another 12 pack.
You will be back at it on Monday you say.. Little do you know that weekend set you back into maintenance or a calorie surplus..
It’s all up to you. You have the choice to make a change. You just have to do the work. There is no magic pill.
Take a hard look at what you are doing. Get real with yourself. It’s ok. You will get there. It just takes a little honesty with yourself before you figure it out.
